one year ago I underwent surgery to “clip a disc” in my back. the culmination of 3 years of constant pain, doctors, and failed remedies, the surgery utilized minimally invasive technology to repair a blowout in my back.

I’ve started playing racquetball, again. this brings me gobs of joy for countless reasons. I recently drove to and from Colorado, 12hrs+ both ways, and felt fine. while there, I hiked 26 miles.
