saved by LOST…again

so, i’m driving from West Palm Beach, FL to Orlando, FL. i may have just lost any potential sympathy, but hang with me. as i near my hotel, i can’t find the cross street. anywhere. i double-back and double my double-back. i stop at three gas stations and somehow end up driving by Disney world.
those who know me well are already laughing. not only because i am meticulous about details and maps, but also because you know how much i hate to waste time. saving time is my passion. really, i am passionate about efficiency. but anyway, i should have arrived at my hotel around 7:30pm. instead, i roll in around 9pm, having lost 90min of precious time and still need dinner. by this point, Old Testament curses are rolling off my tongue with Sinai speed. "may your freeways and state highways be cut off from the land of the living, may your stop lights beg for bread!"
i enter my hotel room and things start looking better. first, i find a goodie bag on my desk, stuffed with Cheez-its, Oreos, and a bottle of water. voila! dinner! then, salvation strikes me. as i mindlessly flip through the TV channels, i stumble upon Jack and Kate in conversation about Kate’s child. last week’s episode! i stand there, rip open the Cheez-its, and lose my frustration in LOST.

Welcome to the blog world. Your refusal to start sentences with a capital letter, drives me crazy. :). So much for Taurabian. Blog on!
